The flaxseed was in the baking aisle by the specialty flours.  It comes in whole seed or milled/ground.  I ended up buying the whole and then grinding some of it using my coffee grinder.]]></description>

I found that the flavor combination of the garlic parmesan mashed potatoes along with the meat and sauce was so yummy. We also added some French Fried onions on the top too. It is definitely worth spending the extra money to get the brisket cut of meat- so super tender. Thanks for the recipe! Will be making it again!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a big fan  of ground flaxseed as well. I like to keep a bag in my freezer and add it to my morning green smoothies and it&#039;s easy to toss in muffin recipes. I&#039;m hosting a baby shower in a few weeks and had thought of some desserts along the lines of chocolate fondue, but I think I&#039;ll include these bars too - for a slightly healthy, delicious, non-chocolate option! Yum!]]></description>
