I love nutella. I mean, I LOVE it. And awhile back I had heard a rumor of a 3 ingredient nutella brownie recipe. It sounded too good to be true, but a quick search on google showed me that this recipe did in fact exist and looked amazing! I had to give it a try.
Nutella Brownie Bites
1/2 cup Nutella
5 tbsp flour
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a 12 cup mini muffin tin.
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Evenly distribute batter among the muffin tin, filling each one about 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Pop out of the tin and enjoy.
They truly taste like little bites of nutella heaven.
I cannot be sure where this recipe originated, however it looks like it was created by Abby Dodge and featured in her cookbook titled Desserts 4 Today, all desserts with just 4 ingredients (she sprinkled hazelnuts on her brownies!). Pretty sure I will be picking up a copy of this book.

Nutella is the love of my life!
I will have to try these. I had never had nutella until our most recent vacation to Italy. Nutella on croissants for breakfast everyday….yes please!
What a great, quick dessert. Another great reason to get Nutella in the house at all times!
I love nutella (I usually put some in my morning coffee in lieu of sugar and my husband LOVES brownies. I adore how simple and easy this recipe is too! Thanks!
Uh Oh! This could be dangerous…I LOVE Nutella, too! 🙂 I can’t wait to try!!
I’m not a huge hazelnut fan, but I’m so impressed that these brownies only have three ingredients that I may have to try them anyway! Plus there are so many nutella lovers in my life, I know they’d be quickly gobbled up!
YUM! i love nutella! i gotta try these 🙂 xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams
Do you think this would work with Biscoff spread?
I have never heard of Biscoff spread…it is like biscoff cookies?? I absolutely love those! I will need to track down a jar of that asap. I have no idea if this recipe would work with other spreads, but it would be worth a try!
Can I ask where you buy your biscoff spread?
Biscoff spread is the same as what goes in the cookies. They just launched in the US so you may have to search for availability – it is sold on Amazon. I bought some in Paris last year then was given a few jars at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

I made these last night on a whim after seeing the recipe here. I was a little short on Nutella so I topped off my measuring cup with a tiny bit of peanut butter. Anyway, they turned out really well! Thanks for posting these.

I made these to bring to a party this weekend – doubled the batch with no problems. The tops were not as pretty as yours so I gave them a snowfall of powdered sugar (they are not super-sweet, so it worked) and got tons of compliments! Thanks for the great recipe!
Nutella is great.. It does not have the same shape of other typical brownies. It looks like a cupcake but deliciously my favorite snack. Can’t wait to bake this one again.
